All in all I wasn’t and never am in there terribly long, and I do understand they have only recently opened . However there does to seem some overall slowness that needs to be addressed . After being in many different dispensaries, here everything is slowed down, you’d expect to be taken care of relatively quickly while you’re the only customer but that isn’t the case. I walked in today and was the only customer inside, and was greeted or really NOT greeted, by the single person counting their register . I was not welcomed or greeted or told it would be a wait , only after the THIRD customer come in did we hear anything from the gentleman counting his register that someone would help us , and that was only after several minutes of silent standing. You gone to other dispensaries and a few customers wouldn’t even matter as there would be more than a single person on a register , here that isn’t the case. So far it's my favorite dispensary in Cincinnati. Great selection, fair pricing, and the entire staff I encountered was very friendly and easy to talk to. There's a little construction in the lobby/entrance, but the main room is finished and I really enjoyed the layout of the displays. I don't review many things, but Green Releaf Dispensary was such a positive experience I felt I had to. Thank you Green Releaf!! – William Edwards
I’ve overall had nothing but great experiences here. Great prices, friendly staff, and get through very quickly. To address some of the complaints. With prices changing, when you check out online there’s a little box to check out as medical patients that is automatically selected and that will change the price. It’s very small and easily missed. I saw someone mentioned a messed up order, it’s a brand new dispensary. There’s going to be logistical issues when opening a new business that should work themselves out as time goes on. – JD The Rapper
