Budtenders are usually nice. However they sold me a faulty 510 pulsar battery. It doesn't register the auto draw, which is only way to draw a hit, unless you draw literally as hard as you possibly can. It took longer than a week for me to be able to find time to make it back there during their working hours And so they refused to exchange the product for something that actually works they said that the best they could do is give me a 20% off like a slap in the face. I would have to spend $100 to saving off to make up the difference. And I won't be able to stack it with their other discounts which are usually steeper than 20%, it would be awesome to be able to have a functionable battery that I paid for. Their general manager said that their return policies are very strict. Well my policy of not doing business with businesses that don't care if their products actually work or not is very strict as well. I'll make sure I don't make sure I don't make the mistake of continued business. – Tyler Nickel
