I went there yesterday night and there was this AWESOME guy named Marko with glasses who helped me and my fiancé decide what we wanted, show us different strains and the percent, had the absolute best customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was very patient and understanding with our curiosity from beginning to end no matter what the question was he did his best to answer it. Have already reviewed this place, but need to write a new one. I went in last night, cause you know Friday night vibes. As always staff was great, what I didn’t expect was to be harassed by another customer. The situation escalated slightly with me leaving very angry and on the verge of tears, but Carlos & Naomi made sure that I was heard, seen & assured me that I wouldn’t need to worry about that person again. I can honestly say that the staff here is always amazing regardless of the situation & are always attentive to my needs even on busy nights. This place locally owned & run by good people!
