I'm giving Greenlight a 1 star review for 1 reason only. The employees are excellent and do their job with a smile. The products are always good and prices are cheap. With that being said I'd be leaving a 5 star review. However, I'm leaving a 1 star because I have been shopping there for a couple of years now if not longer and was signed up for rewards at the beginning and was using them and then one day, not sure when, but I stopped getting them. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and nothing to show for it. I've told 1 employee and she contacted corporate but I never heard anything back. So I decided to contact them myself and did receive an email back saying it was being looked at and haven't heard anything back and that's been several months now. I still shop here for the products but if I could get my reward points (all of them) I would change my review. – Cody Garoutte
Sylvester always has great vibes. There’s times he isn’t even my salesman and still makes sure to say hi. there’s also a guy with glasses and a beard who makes the best recommendations. if you see this you recommended the bdt strawnana cobbler it was great! – Kolby Nace
Been coming here pretty regularly and the staff is always awesome. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and just makes the whole place feel welcoming instead of awkward and transactional like half the planet now. They’re even super sweet to my dog Gordi when he comes in with me occasionally, which automatically earns bonus points in my book. Good people, good vibes, quick service every time. Phillip was awesome. Had just gone in with a simple request, but Phillip was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions I hadn’t really considered. Ended up following Ming his recommendation and am super happy with the product he offered as an alternative. Will definitely come back and hope it’s when Phillip is working.
