I stopped by here recently and was really impressed with how clean and professional everything was. The staff were super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel much more comfortable. Everything was well-organized and the process was quick and easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shout-out to Stephanie Ticer at Greenlight Dispensary in Rock Port. Stephanie is absolutely amazing and one of the main reasons I continue to visit this location. Her personality is phenomenal, and she always makes every visit a positive experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always takes the time to answer questions, provide helpful information, and make recommendations based on what I’m looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right products rather than just making a sale. Employees like Stephanie are hard to find. Her professionalism, friendliness, and product knowledge consistently go above and beyond. Victoria was so awesome. I had some questions about gummies and how they work, I had been taking some gummies but feeling no effects. She pointed out some reasons that could be happening and directed me to a couple of your chocolate bars and explained exactly what cbd was and explained how it worked in the body. My brother's vivid half was completely switched out for a different strain. He bought a half of collard greens and the half he got had a half of super boof in it which had been on the menu for awhile. So someone who worked there purchased a half of super boof and didn't like it. So when they got the collard greens in they just brought the super boof back to work and opened a half of collard greens and switched packages. The halfs from vived aren't sealed like robust! About 3 months ago I bought an 8th of Florida kush from vivid and the 8th jar was completely stuffed full. It was actually a qtr. So someone who worked there combined two 8ths in one jar and set it somewhere expecting to buy it after their shift but another budtender actually sold it. There's definitely some sketchy stuff going on with this company. Find it funny how it happens to the most expensive and best quality flower they sell which is Vivid. I'm a cancer patient who lived in CO the past 6 years. Vivid is the only company in Missouri trying to put out quality without pesticides. Every single other brand ive tried has given me sharp chest pains or nerve pain. Highly recommend shopping somewhere else! – Eric
Super budtenders, attentive even though busy. Nick and John were great. No need to order at a kiosk…whew. The space has a welcoming vibe for anyone, and the flower selection and deals were crazy!! Definitely returning. – April Seaman
