You know how many other dispensaries i can go to😆 The unprofessionalism as soon as I walked in the door, from dirty looks head to toe to pure RUDE lippy mouth she had on her. I placed a pickup order which included a 1000mg Amy & Al’s brownie. The brownie did nothing for me so I went back to look at the packaging and realized they gave me a 100mg brownie and put a 1000mg sticker over one of the 100mg labels. Super scammy and disappointing. – Nellie
A few weeks back I made a return of 2 stiizy 1 gram pods for one stiizy all in one. Explain to me how the next time I go I only have $14 in points for my next purchase? Should have just got my cash back on the spot because the math isn’t mathing. Got told I used $30 of points to get the all in one which makes no sense of each item I returned was $40 and the all in one is $45. Make it make sense🤷♂️ – Shawn Curtiss
The selection here is pretty awesome, as is the pick your own item concept, but the service is wildly inconsistent. The check-in and floor staff were knowledgeable and kind, but they are being let down by a co-worker at checkout who should probably not be in a service role. Their cold, abrasive attitude was a total mood-killer and really soured the whole trip. Middle of the road experience. – Joe Treanor
I love the staff. They're on the floor walking around but they're not all up in your space. They check on you, make sure your good & if you need recommendations. They won't let you down. Almost every time I'm in there one of the employees are making people laugh. Just ignore the singing. And for those of us that have been around a while. How awesome is it that we can walk in there, look around at our own leisure choose how we're feeling & grab the right joints. Right off the shelves. – John
