I placed a pickup order which included a 1000mg Amy & Al’s brownie. The brownie did nothing for me so I went back to look at the packaging and realized they gave me a 100mg brownie and put a 1000mg sticker over one of the 100mg labels. Super scammy and disappointing. – Nellie
GreenPharms- this is the RUDEST lady you could have greeting people at your door. Customer service-0. Product quality 0 cause I was greeted by this pleasant lady & walked right back out. You know how many other dispensaries i can go to😆 The unprofessionalism as soon as I walked in the door, from dirty looks head to toe to pure RUDE lippy mouth she had on her. I just went in after a long while and it looked so different but was pretty cool! The greeter was sweet and helpful and I needed help from a bud tender and Daisy did just that! What I got there was awesome, but she really deserves the 5 stars. With her help I understood what I was looking at and looking for and she is just amazingly kind and one of the good ones in this world. The selection here is pretty awesome, as is the pick your own item concept, but the service is wildly inconsistent. The check-in and floor staff were knowledgeable and kind, but they are being let down by a co-worker at checkout who should probably not be in a service role. Their cold, abrasive attitude was a total mood-killer and really soured the whole trip. Middle of the road experience. – Joe Treanor
