Hatch Dispensary

This is hands-down my favorite dispensary! Every visit is smooth, welcoming, and top-notch. I especially have to shout out Melanie — she’s the best budtender I’ve ever worked with. She’s always super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Whether I know exactly what I want or need recommendations, she always points me in the right direction. I’ve always loved the customer service at Hatch, but they really took it up a notch the last time I went. There was a payment processing error on their end for my order and they called to let me know about it and that it was corrected. When I got in to pick up my order, the manager came out to apologize again (not even needed, I definitely understand that things happen!) and he was so incredibly nice. They went above and beyond because of the error, discounting my order and absolutely were not under any obligation to do so. They did it because they truly care about their customers and it really shows. I legit drive past a different dispensary on my way to Hatch because I love them that much! They already had a faithful customer in me, but now I’m definitely locked in for the rest of my stoner life! – Lauren Grubb

Absolutely 10 out of 10, highly recommend. My first time going to a dispensary ever and Samantha was amazing! Super friendly and extremely helpful. Great selection. Hi prices. Good service. Wanted to review an individual product but couldn't figure out where to do so but i was so disappointed with this pre roll i just smoked i wanted to share. This brand interstate 420 strain black inferno pre roll was rolled too tight and i could drag it. I tore the filter off and still couldnt drag it. I learned not to roll my joints too tight in high school. Very disappointed that i paid extra for a pre roll that i could've rolled better. – Brett Johnson

I only been here twice and have had great experiences both times,specifically with the bud tender by the name of Sam with the cool short, platinum hair. Great personality and customer service. And the dispensary has great choices and deals, especially for med patients. I will gladly take the 45 minute drive here anytime! – CeeJay
