I originally gave five stars nine months ago with: "Knowledgeable staff. Quick fills for online orders." Since then, I have had the opportunity to get to know some of the staff as I have become a regular customer, and if I could give ten stars, I would. This store has an incredibly knowledgeable staff offering some of the best customer service around. Unlike some shops in the area, there is no 'thug' atmosphere present here. The folks at Have a Heart here in Bothell are fun, caring, and professional. Pricing is decent, and quality is superb. Feeling pretty blessed to have them in my own backyard. – Julie Schick
