Stopped into Have a Heart in Bothell to check out the new discounts and it’s honestly one of the better deal setups I’ve seen. Some items were marked down heavy (up to 70% off) and the budtender made it easy to understand what was part of the promo. Quick visit, good selection, great savings. – Richard Micheal
They have a heart location in Bothell has gotten much better. It was good before, but not great. Now it is great. For the most part. They redid the layout for customer interaction. This place is a cruel joke. Items discounted over 50% are still twice what they cost anywhere else. Bud tenders are barely awake and will suggest things to you after you specifically exclude them from your search while being rude. Not worth the gas getting up the hill to come to this place. – Laeo Light
The employees are nice and they have a decent selection, but it’s impossible to get them to answer the phone and their website is terrible. Don’t expect it to work most of the time, and when it does, don’t expect their inventory to reflect what they have in store. As a store that offers 10% off on all online orders, you’d think they would want to have a functioning website and accurate inventory. This really sucks because I really like this store and it’s location. It’s the only one around me that I actually want to go to. I hope they can fix these problems in the near future, I’ll be glad to update my review when they do. – Adam Boyle
