They have a heart location in Bothell has gotten much better. It was good before, but not great. Now it is great. For the most part. They redid the layout for customer interaction. Making it more friendly and inviting to browse or shop. Staff has always been wonderful. Informative helpful with a smile. Thank you that was all. – van restrepo

This place seems to be going downhill the past few months. Nothing is ever stocked and it looks like they are closing. If you like something it most likely won't be there again the next time you go. – J
You guys used to have decent prices consistently, but now it's a sporadic sale where that's the only time that you guys can even compete to the prices that are in the area, especially Bothell. Not to mention, your guys's website is the most unuser-friendly website that I've ran across in a while. You really need to get a web developer on your website to figure something out because it is just atrocious I'm sorry. – Kyle R.
Terrible experience this morning after going for years consistently. This morning I bought a joint that upon opening right outside the shop, the weed was all loose in the container. So I walked in to return it and showed the girl at the counter. She flipped out and asked me “so what do you want me to do Call the feds? Call the cops” I said “I’d like to talk to your manager actually” I will not be coming back unless that employee is fired. That was ridiculous I’ve never had a bitchy bud tender in my life.
