This is the second time in 2 months I buy this product, 50ml Papa & Barkley 1:3 Relief Balm, from this Haze location, to find out that the 50ml jar has no seal again which makes the balm hard to use. The first time I did complain to Haze and they did nothing about it, this time I discussed with the sales person inside before purchasing, and he told me once I open the jar if it has the same problem to bring it back, which I I did but the receptionist won't let in advising I cannot bring an open product into the store and won't help me any further, much less than acceptable service specially 2 times in a row, I will not be going back to that store again. Here's a photo of both the 15ml and 50ml jars I both, where you can see the 50ml has no seal, and its texture is hard like hard soap bar, not a balm texture. UPDATE MARCH 2026; HAZE Owner response was prompt and graceful, I needed up going back to the store and well received and treated, returned the large jar and purchased instead 3 small size ones, among other things. Later when I opened one of the small jars turned out to be WITHOUT SEAL again, wow, Papa & Barkley IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND INCONSISTANT, I will not purchase any of their products again, as for Haze they really care and handled the mishaps quite well, the only reason for the 3 star rating is that I had to complain and come back to get their receptionist shortcoming fixed, otherwise they its a 5 star. – Hanna Jubran
This place is a giant rip off. Why is the 3.5g of the Quiet kings $15 at Caliva aka Stiiizy after taxes but almost $30 here? Thats double. Seems they like to overcharge for their products when a better price with more friendly budtenders are less than a 7 minute drive down the street and won't try to rip you off trying to make up for the ridiculously high taxes we already have to pay.
