I’ve been going here for months, sometimes twice a week. I never had a single issue up until today. So every time I shop here coming out of the store I throw away the bag and the receipt. Every time!! If you look in the can beside the spot it’s plum full! Anyways I bought a vape and some eddys, I got to the crib a few hours ago later opened the vape up and didn’t work. 2g cheetah. $105! And I used one of my 50% coupons on top of that so double waste. Long story short I had the vape, digital copy, and came back within 6 hours and they denied a refund/exchange. I live 2 hours away in Virginia. I tried to keep my cool and managed too, just felt very wronged especially after traveling so far so often because I love the people and products. Waste of money and my well earned points. The product they sell is very good. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude and condescending. A bud-tender did not give me my change last time I purchased from here. Some of the staff is great, others are questionable. The product is great. Edit: Problem was resolved by management. found out i was owed change and let me know how to create an account to collect points. Just be mindful you have to explicitly request for/consent to an account. – Adit Parikh
