They close 15 minutes earlier than posted. There is a closer place to me that doesn’t do this, but I was coming here because of the customer service. To be honest, it’s been a bit of a struggle to get some decent smoke from here lately, but they were always so nice to me and my dog that I would still come. Tonight they turned me away at 9:47 didn’t matter I had a pick up order or a tired service dog en tow (because not actually close to home) but scram loyal fool. No one cares about any of that. This is always just a great experience. Warm , inviting, comfortable and most important professionals who will spend as much time with you as needed. I would like to suggest asking for Donovan or JR when you visit. I was amazed at their wealth of knowledge and their very very different presentation styles with clients. Let’s be real, it’s only good because it’s local. This place closes 15 mins early even if you place an order online which means you can even grab a pick up order. They say due to state laws… blah blah but I’ve been to other dispos in the area and they do not operate like that. Customer service is okay. – Daylon Wilhite
