Super friendly and helpful staff — especially if you’re someone who gets overwhelmed choosing products. He actually takes time to guide you and explain things without making you feel rushed or judged. Prices are honestly better than a lot of other places around Minneapolis, and they always seem to have really solid deals. Way more relaxed and welcoming compared to big crowded retailers. Easy free parking, not packed, quick service, and overall a comfortable environment. You can tell they care about customers and their small business. Definitely worth supporting local instead of the big chains. – Amir Hosseini

Hemp House is a great locally owned shop in the wedge neighborhood of Uptown. I stopped in this week and had a very beneficial conversation with their store manager Cody. I recently visited in person, and overall, it was a positive experience. I was given expired items, which they quickly resolved when I brought it to their attention. Fast forward to placing two separate pickup and delivery orders on different days. For the pickup, I was informed that all of the items I had selected were out of stock. No problem, I then placed a delivery order the following day for the same items. There was no indication anywhere that these items were out of stock, so I assumed they might be sourced from a different location. Two hours later, I received a call informing me that they were still out of stock. I understand that things are busy with new product launches and changing regulations, but a bit more organization would go a long way in saving everyone time and energy. It’s frustrating for both customers, and I’m sure staff too, and I hope this can be improved moving forward! – Rachel Chang

I live close to the uptown shop and they’ve had their sh*t together since the day they opened! I’ve been very impressed. I love experimenting and learning about cannabinoids, hemp products, and how to curate the best experiences. HH staff is always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, quick and willing to engage in conversation about what I’m looking for. They’re a boutique style shop (in my opinion) with a ton of local, small batch brands available. They have their own line of products which are some of my favorites (delta clear vegan gummies are a must!), but don’t push or promote them more than other local brands. It’s a different vibe than your typical smoke shop in a good way. If you want gritty and cheap, run to your local head shop/e-cig store. Go to HH for a more elevated product and experience. Their CBD-dominant selection is the best I’ve found locally as well. They offer a free product when you order over a certain amount and free delivery that’s reliable and fast. I waited a while to review this shop because consistency is important to me. They kill it every time. Happy highs all around. – Emily Rolon
