Super friendly and helpful staff — especially if you’re someone who gets overwhelmed choosing products. He actually takes time to guide you and explain things without making you feel rushed or judged. Prices are honestly better than a lot of other places around Minneapolis, and they always seem to have really solid deals. Way more relaxed and welcoming compared to big crowded retailers. Easy free parking, not packed, quick service, and overall a comfortable environment. You can tell they care about customers and their small business. Hemp House is a great locally owned shop in the wedge neighborhood of Uptown. I stopped in this week and had a very beneficial conversation with their store manager Cody. I recently visited in person, and overall, it was a positive experience. I was given expired items, which they quickly resolved when I brought it to their attention. Fast forward to placing two separate pickup and delivery orders on different days. For the pickup, I was informed that all of the items I had selected were out of stock. No problem, I then placed a delivery order the following day for the same items. There was no indication anywhere that these items were out of stock, so I assumed they might be sourced from a different location. Two hours later, I received a call informing me that they were still out of stock. I understand that things are busy with new product launches and changing regulations, but a bit more organization would go a long way in saving everyone time and energy. It’s frustrating for both customers, and I’m sure staff too, and I hope this can be improved moving forward! – Rachel Chang
