I stopped going to any other cannabis shop in Silver Spring because I prefer this place so much. If you order online and pay through Dutchie Pay–it's usually in-and-out here. Usually. I've *almost never* had a bad experience at this place and their selection is fantastic, especially compared to their prices and the prices of other stores. Here's the downside: in the last month or so, I think the quality of service has gone down dramatically. That's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. In the last month I've had longer wait times than I've ever had. I've waited at the door with no one to let me in more often. Last time, the cashier went through my Dutchie pay so fast I didn't have time to let him know I wanted to add a lighter and because that was all I was buying on a card, their system charged me &5 for it–which he was too high to tell me about before ringing me up. Today it took over an hour to get an online order ready for me just to pick it up and I had to call about it first. So, to reiterate, I definitely think this is the place to go–it's far faster, kinder, and more affordable than some of the other places in Silver Spring. But my advice to customers is go early, pay with Dutchie Pay, and try not to shop onsite–shop online. My advice to the store itself is–please remember what sets you apart from the rest of these places. Don't be *so high* that you can't communicate prices with customers or get through orders fast enough that lines start forming outside. It's a *really* good shop with * a lot* of affordable items and I'd love to see it–and the community it services–flourish. – Sam Robinson
