I come here often but I’ve gotten to a point where something has to be said. The fact that you guys switch up on the amount of weed that is in each pre-roll makes no sense to me. I’ve purchased the single sunmed pre-rolls several times and usually they are normal size. But lately they have been super tiny. It’s been the same for some of the other ones as well like the Strane pre-rolls and the curio. When taken out of the cone it’s not even the same weight that it shows on the website. It’s bad enough prices went up along with taxes but now your shorting us on the weight too? The prices are increasing while the product is decreasing. – Ree S
It’s conveniently situated near the Metro and other popular destinations in Silver Spring. My biggest challenge was the shopping experience itself. Everything is behind the counter like an automotive store with metal shelves full of parts. Unless you already know exactly what you’re looking for, it can be difficult to browse. Most products are kept behind the counter, which makes it hard to see the full selection, compare options, or read packaging and product information. Adding display cases, sample packaging, or some way for customers to view products before purchasing would make the experience much more user friendly. The guy helping me was alright, but seems like he has been sampling the goods. Spoke just above a whisper and seemed agitated by my questions. For customers who are newer to cannabis or simply want to explore what’s available, a more welcoming and engaging approach would go a long way. Overall, the location is excellent, but the shopping experience could be improved with better product visibility and more customer focused service. – Roderick Griner
This place a has very good selection of different products and the tenders seem to have a pretty good grasp on their knowledge about general topics and the specific products in store. Products are nice, clean, and tasty to the pallet. Tenders are pretty chill and vibey. My guy, is Peter, though. Peter is super cool, super chill, very knowledgeable when it comes to the field, and very personable. – Trey Kilgore
