Ok so here is what I experienced as a first time customer. Location: fairly easy to find. Upon entry greeted by security verified my ID etc and I was good to go. Unlike Stockton dispensaries and in fact almost every dispensary I have been to the door was open and I entered without being buzzed in. Smooth so far. I specifically went to Modesto and this facility because they had what I was looking for. Clones. The product was displayed nice enough and they def had some top shelf brands. So that's a plus. I am about to speak to the Budtender experience now. I was assisted by "The Dude", that in summary was just having a shitty day and perhaps couldn't separate his work and home life or just simply did not want to be there. Did not want to be bothered by me, or questions I had, about ANY of the products available for purchase. He shut me down at each turn and said repeatedly "I don't know." " I am really not sure." My very presence seemed to annoy him and keep in mind other than a female associate I was the only customer in the store and a first time shopper. That in it self should have warranted a mention of a first purchase discount of 10% that the MacHenrey associate was happy to mention. He was very rough with the clones I chose. Not surprisingly one of the two was wilted and bent over giving a final death cough within 12 hours. No this was not just shock. I saw they had a nice selection of disposables and as I usually order on line so I can read descriptions and price points etc. There was no one in the store but me. So I asked the "Budtender" about a few specific brands and spoke to my favorites. This guy was just not interested in give by me any help at all. I am so embarrassed and uncomfortable at that point that I just picked a brand and strain I was familiar with and paid for the clones and vape disposable. I regretted the purchase and experience before I left the building. I told the guard as much before exiting. I should have called him out in his attitude and lack of customer service immediately. I regretted purchasing anything with "The Dude". He certainly is not representing the brands (Heavy Hitter, Stiizy and many more) in any fashion that even comes close to what they expect. While I am familiar with the products, there are still many, many newbies arriving everyday. They need someone that is knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic, suggestive and helpful. Not dismissive, hostile and rude. Listen, Dude, from me to you…. Not everyone can do believable customer service. You have to believe in the brands and product and have an understanding that your there to assist in the increase in sales and repeat, steady customers. Ones that would be willing to drive 40 miles to your location, for the product and brands in your store. I will not be one of them. I only regret not stopping the point of sale, because I had to drive to the MacHenry location anyway because one of the 3 clones I ordered was no longer avlb. and you couldn't be bothered with suggesting a replacement. The other location had superior service and when I need good service without hostility that is where I will go. So ya I am usually able to find a good review in all of my postings but all I got is the security guard was a nice gentleman. Would love to give the owner or manager the date and time of transaction so that can give the dude some coaching or open him up to other job opportunities. – VaLinda Abernathy

Great experience every time I come here. The staff is super friendly and always willing to answer questions without rushing you. The products are high quality, fresh, and reasonably priced. The shop is clean and well organized, and I never wait too long. Definitely one of my go-to dispensaries!
