I enjoyed my experience here and got exactly what I wanted with the help of Sophie and Paul who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store was impeccably clean and organized. I also felt very secure as they require a scannable ID just to even get in the store and then checked again when I went in. I gave them one star because I had to I went herbwell on Mass Ave today and as I was walking in I seen a board that I thought said something like sped $40 get 15% $75 get 20% and $100 get 25%. So figure I’ll $100 which I have never spent weed When it rang up it came out to $144 so thought I read the board wrong. I admit I should have spoke up but thought I was wrong. As I was leaving I reread board and found out I was correct so took pic and went back in and asked why I didn’t get discount her reply “I don’t know why but didn’t matter because all sales are final” So I said well looks like I won’t be back again she ask can I give you a $15 off your next $40 purchase which less then half of I should have received I declined because I won’t be back. Now I’m a 60 yo man and only written one other review in my life. I did it to give people a heads up especially older people. I didn’t want to post another 1 star and couldn’t figure out how to reply to your reply so I’m edited my current I was done and going to move on but after receiving a message which stating the reasoning why I didn’t get the bonus After I ordered it was her suggestion I use a $10 B money if you have audio on transaction listen to it she knew what I order and knew how much I spent she should have explained that it would be far less discount then the other way. Not to repeat myself she claimed when asked why I didn’t receive bonus she said I DONT KNOW but all sale are final anyway everything that benefited your establishment she knew. I feel bad for my friends who suggested your place because they said they will no longer go there or recommend it 2 out of the 4 the even offered me the $36 which explained it wasn’t about that and will not hold them to it. I’ve unsubscribed to email and you do not need to reach out. I just want you to teach your help little better about your programs to help benefit your customers unless your goal is to. Amazing dispensary! The staff is always very knowledgeable and so sweet. Sophie helped me out today and she was lovely! 10/10 – Emma Radnor
