I enjoyed my experience here and got exactly what I wanted with the help of Sophie and Paul who were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store was impeccably clean and organized. I also felt very secure as they require a scannable ID just to even get in the store and then checked again when I went in. I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased a $15 pre-roll that literally fell apart the moment I tried to light it. The contents immediately spilled out, leaving me holding an empty rolling paper. This clearly indicates the product was rolled improperly or handled poorly before sale. I brought the destroyed product back to the store right away and calmly explained what happened. I wasn’t rude or demanding I simply expected some reasonable customer service given that the product was unusable from the start and cost a premium price. Unfortunately, the staff told me it was “against policy” to replace any products and refused to do anything about it. I spent about seven minutes discussing the situation respectfully, hoping they might make a common-sense exception for a clearly defective item, but they were completely unwilling to help. A policy that prevents staff from addressing obvious product defects leaves customers paying for something that doesn’t work. This place clearly has a lack of basic quality control and customer care. I hope management revisits this policy, because right now it sends the message that once they have your money, they won’t stand behind what they sell. – Raphael Dapalma
