The product provided was over six months old and unusable. Danielle started to address me as girl and saying she has no boss above her.. When I raised this with Danielle again, she claimed I was responsible for not inspecting the item, despite the fact that it was brought directly to the front desk without an opportunity for prior review. Although Danielle and Hannah were aware of the quality issues, I was only offered a $25 credit…on a 150$ order..this is my first and last time at this dispensary.I find this resolution unacceptable. I love going to High Profile on Leonard. They have some of the nicest employees especially the receptionist Ellen Fitzgerald she just cracks me up. It’s nice to see an older person in that role. It makes me feel better about going in there as in retired person. She always brings a smile to my face makes me a better shopper. – Cindy Eldred
