I had a wonderful experience at High Profile in St. Robert, Missouri. Jimmy was hands-down one of the best servers I’ve encountered. His product knowledge was incredible, and he took the time to really listen and understand what I was dealing with. As an Army veteran, he immediately recognized the kinds of pain and challenges that can come with serious medical treatments. I’m currently going through chemo, and Jimmy thoughtfully recommended several products that could help ease some of the discomfort and side effects. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. It’s rare to meet someone who combines deep product knowledge with such sincere care for the people they’re helping. If you visit High Profile, I highly recommend asking for Jimmy. Went in because my local dispensary is subpar currently and had a convo with the front desk about that, we talked about how my local one is crappy and we had a good laugh. Then proceed to have the same experience in here lol. Which was fine, I mean I got what I came for. But my bud tender didn't know anything about what we wanted and I had to look up online what I was looking for because the tender didn't know anything about the prices or deli really it seemed. After I stated we were looking for the cheaper ounces and then she quoted me an 150$ oz so I had to show her there were cheaper options. Then she didn't even seem to know how many grams were in an oz and my friend and I had to repeat it 3x to make sure we got the full oz. It was just an hilarious experience after we had just had that conversation in the lobby. It also felt like we were there forever. I did come in with a friend and we both made a purchase but I just think 25 minutes was an excessive time to be in there lol. The other bud tender went through 3 or more people in that time. 🤣 that being said, the bud is good for the price. Just my customer service for today is receiving 3 stars lol. – ashley Arnold
