I’ve been to all the high profile spots but this one is trash respectfully . I placed a on line order but I had a question and since I’m legally blind I have to hold to package near my face . So bud tender is like I can’t let you hold the product even though technically I just paid for it online and was just picking up . I just want to ask about the thc content. So I ask the guy what are you worried I’m going to steal something I already paid for on line ? He gave me attitude so I just asked him take that item off my order . If this is policy I understand but I think it should enforced at all locations and be posted or at the least people with a disability should be able to explain this and be helped in a better way ……my opinion it’s just my opinion but over 80k people have my reviews on google. I love coming to this dispensary! The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxed. A huge thank you to Robert and Keem for their excellent customer service!!!!!! Keem was at the front and got me checked in quickly and with a smile, while Keem handled my transaction with such efficiency. I absolutely love talking to them both! High Profile Roslindale is one of my main go to dispensaries. The staff is always super helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. So far my top strain is Dionysus an I have a few other favorites. Shout out Bruce, Christy, Rell, Julian, Matthew & the rest of the amazing crew for seamless visits each trip! (: parking is okay, recommend you come with cash so you don't have to pay ATM fee. Every time I come to this particular location, it seems that every member of the staff is incompetent or maybe it’s management from the top down not only was my order confirmed online when I got in the building. There was an issue with the system not being able to find my order, and then when they confirmed that my order was all set. I went to the bud tender and they were out of the product, even though it was an online order and then they did not have anything to replace it with nor did they notify me while I was on my way or at the front desk this store literally hires anyone off the street and they are all terrible – Daddy _E857
