What People Are Saying

LOVE Higher Leaf. I found myself a little out of the way relative to my usual Bellevue Higher Leaf and so I dropped in on this one. I think the footprint and stock are roughly the same? Seemed comparable. Also staffed with fun, pleasant, helpful, lovely folks who know their stuff and I was delighted to find that dropping in here is just as pleasant and fun as the other location. Check out Higher Leaf! 🍃 – Kevin Cook (Kay)

Cara was absolutely awesome! She greeted me with a smile, did everything to help me, and spent extra time to explain how a battery device works without me asking for it! Thank you, Cara! P.S. I think you guys should give her a promotion 😉 – John J

There’s a woman , young very bubbly personality that makes my visit here an experience I can’t find anywhere else. She knowledgable with product and experienced in suggestions! She always on point whether is high or low and very detailed ! Smile that makes you enjoy the checkout process and then a send off that makes you feel good as a person . Cara is here name and being phenomenal is her GAME ! – Lavon Coleman

I had some positive experiences here previously but was met with a very mean white member of staff today. I forgot to bring a physical id, and a simple “we can’t sell you anything without an id” would have been sufficient. This dude kept on belittling me about how I need an id on me at all time, coming up with scenarios why I’d need an id if police happens to stop me while commuting by bus. – Nhật Nguyễn Minh

Kyree's the only reason for the low review. Rude and openly ignores you, even mid-conversation. Why bother coming in if you so clearly despise the people you're trying to get money from? If it weren't every time I came in, I'd say it was just a bad day. But at a customer-facing role, it's important to be kind to strangers. You never know what people are going through. Rest of the staff is generally good, albeit obviously stressed out by management. Seems clear that Kyree has some personal connections with management, as any other business would have let him go a while ago based on merit, even without a written complaint. – KoH
