Asked for concentrate, the Overall stock selection for my budget was eh. I left with a gram from dab for less / slo gro. I felt pretty excited with my purchase. Only downside was leaving the store with different products from what I confirmed for. Whether it was a miscommunication or miss heard moment it is what it is. I was hyped to leave the store grabbing triple burger although after leaving I noticed I was handed jet fuel Gelato. This small mishap in the store experience has me eh. Not sure if I left in a rush, didn't double confirm my order and or. For a $22 purchase it cool. The staff seemed cool. Didn't engage much to experience customer service. The vibe had me going " go in get my stuff and head out" not so much as a welcoming in we here to service you vibe. Uh either way long rant bye. I tried asking if slo gro was artisan because they look similar in packaging, although my question kinda went over people's head. So shrug. I'll maybe give it another experience in a couple months. – Webby Yaku

First time here and Celeste was super helpful! She made us feel very welcome from our first step in and answered any questions we had. Higher recommend! Had exactly what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. Shop was very clean and easy to find. – Gabrielle Williams

They carry a wide range of quality products at very good prices and that’s why I’ve come back multiple times. However, on more than one occasion a staff member has been rude to me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and I don’t think I need to name or describe the person because other team members witnessed the poor customer service at the time. I hope management addresses this, because the selection and prices are excellent and the service should match that level. – Rulok

Very rude and unprofessional employee, they got annoyed with basic questions – unacceptable. Also, zero ID check. I frequented EastGate location before my move – their employees are far more helpful, better trained, and overall more professional. Avoid. – TS Deals

Nice store with a wide selection and professional ppl. They were clear about when my next discount was coming, unlike the higherleaf in kirkland. I have had lot of trouble with the kirkland store this year not honoring my discount and treating me like a cheap liar! Don't go to kirkland, they are real cheap and very rude now. – Mir Archer
