Can't say enough great things about the shop and staff. They have all been terrific but I would specifically like to call out TJ. Sunday is my typical day and he is always there, always ready and knows the inventory so thoroughly. I simply ask for the best batch with the best cure, regardless of percentages and TJ will pull it down and it's always a winner. I live far closer to Illinois but ain't no way I'm missing out on my experience with these guys. See you soon. – AC Baker

Edit: 7-2-25 Another trip to Higher Love and a special shout to D’kota for being super helpful. I just couldn’t make up my mind on the buds and he patiently displayed the jars in front of me so I could smell them and check them out. 🍃👍🏼 I couldn’t be happier with my Orange Skunk Buds(photo), Jungle Cake Buds and Daiquiri Deck Buds 🙃💚 Of course, I forgot a few more things so I headed back the next day and Marius helped out. 🍃all around good service.🤝🏽 3-21-25 I’ve never been to the UP and I’m glad I did. We went to a couple of walk-in dispensaries and the experience was awesome. We chose walk-ins to feel the vibe between staff and clients and the opportunity to check the product first hand. Strain sensations (terpene,effects and flavor) are more important to me than THC %. We did our homework and we were prepared upon our arrival at HL, assisted by TRIP who was polite, kind and patient. The selection of the flowers/buds was impressive and very aromatic. Orange Skunk Buds was recommended and I wished I had bought MORE🍃🙃 all my other flowers were beautiful. Chose, smell, weighed, packaged all in front of you! MN has WONDERFUL 💖staff but we’re getting gorge for profits $$$, which is not sustainable for medical patients like myself plus the quality/potency is not the same. Compare the cost between MN RISE with Florida RISE.🤬 I’ll do the 5 hour trip to the UP anytime. We did the math afterwards, MI $1200 vs MN $3000+ (comparable product). Which would you rather pay? I used to love this place. Felt better than most places. But the last two times felt weird. Hardly any workers, they just want you to be done with your transaction. Maybe I got the wrong people or something but that was twice. Also heard that they laid off a lot of people before Christmas last year. – Katrina King

Today was my first time at Higher Love & our budtender Marius was magnificent he made our visit fantastic and memorable. He was very nice and knowledgeable when it came to the products. I’d come back here just to visit Marius. – Yella Boy

Never had an issue at this location, came here for years amazing customer service. But they forgot one of my disposable… and I’ve now had 4 of my breezes purely burnt and one that’s not put together right has zero airflow and is completely clogged can’t even try to get one rip off of it and it’s brand new. That’s $100 in disposables right there that i lost out on sadly. I know it’s a distributer thing but you wish the dispensary would exchange them or do something about it, especially when you’re one of their higher paying customers. – Hunter Hogen
