1 star for sure I do not recommend this place , despite them selling weed from third parties which is normal my cousin purchased from here & unfortunately had a bad allergic reaction to one of their products name (popz 41) my cousin was directed to contact the consumer , consumer stated that the refund will come from the house of dank , first off they appoint their employees to handle manger issues , the manager was asked for multiple times , to the young lady at the front who they appointed to play manager assistant I thank you for your kindness & patience. After asking for the manager multiple times he finally comes to the phone name (Matthew ) was very sarcastic and very unfazed very I don’t care about the situation very unprofessional and it’s not okay . No refund was giving not customer support just a oh well . Will never be purchasing from this place again . – DaRaia Lomax
Was an alright experience, for sure have been to a lot of better ones. The person I had unfortunately seemed a little off and it for sure might have just been the day.. He was just allover and didn’t have to many suggestions for what I was looking for. One of the lady’s did end up hopping in to help with some ideas and stuff though I honestly think if I would of had her everything would have went better but we’ll see if I decide to ever check this one out again.. – Tony Apperson
