Phenomenal products, super unprofessional sales/cashier team. Went in today just to get an idea of the products they have the deals they have and have a normal dispensary style conversation. The young lady proceeded to treat me as if I was taking up her time or taking too long, gave me answers like maybe and I've never heard of those and I don't really know much about it. The most important part of our interaction was the treating me as if I am a friend or an inconvenience when I came in to spend money. Instead of figuring out what I needed as a customer, they were more concerned about giving me what they wanted to give me and getting me out the door. NO CARE FOR WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. I had chuckled for years at the billboard but when I searched for some Kiva and Petra products online, this location had a nice selection. The store is very manageable size wise and the staff (2 lovely young women helped us) were very knowledgeable informing us on the sales going on. – Kerthy Fix
Came in for the 15 gram jars of live hash rosin and got a free zip. The hash rosin is fire and the price is solid at $116.61 out the door ($100 + $16.61 tax). The weed doesn't look great, but it was free so I'll probably turn it into oil for making edibles. – David M. Noordewier
