The staff were are excellent. They were kind, informative, and actually meant "thank you for calling" which is normally so robotic for customer service employees. You know that if you can answer nicely on the phone, then you're going to get good care from them. They answered EVERY question I had, and I have pretty serious cognitive issues that can make it difficult in these kind of situations, but they were patient and nice even though they had to repeat themselves so many times. Carmen helped me first, and because she was so helpful I just HAD to tell a manager. And he was so nice too! If reviews are what actually helps a company, then I'm sad I can't make 100 of them lol. Joel is an amazing delivery driver! I literally don’t even have an active cell phone number and he went above and beyond to inform me of the products they no longer had and helped me get a new order placed and I got it delivered same day! H.O.D give this man a damn raise! He is informative helpful and he keeps excellent communication! H.O.D has some of the best flower in all of Michigan and killer deals! I’ve been a customer since they opened this location and I haven’t gone to any other dispo since! Prices and deals are the best in the area. Go see my friend Sara for all your herbal medication and/or recreational needs. Edit to post .. I saw good and bad reviews so wanted to elaborate on my experience. Please go see Sara at HOD (not that others aren't qualified) for a second chance. Sara imo will listen and from that learn you of something that you otherwise wouldn't try. My advice….. Everytime I go in I get what I want no problems and they cashiers get me in and out in no time. I’ve definitely gone back good place to go ppl friendly staff as well. I always scope the website and see what they got beforehand so this also helps the staff at the desk and they can serve another customer ASAP.
