I hate to be the one to leave any kind of negative feedback, but I called the store after there were some issues with the online ordering aspect, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. This was on 6/2. My first order was placed a little after noon. It was very obvious I was stumbling over my words because I am really awkward on the phone, and they seemed to get really upset with this – though I will say I was nothing but polite and gentle. Not only that, but I tried to put in for delivery twice – one of the times they said my ID was expired and cancelled my order (even though my ID is NOT expired and they had just delivered to me a month prior.) So after they cancelled, my boyfriend went ahead and made an order (at around 3pm) for delivery with all his info. It had been three and a half hours since we placed the order and still heard no updates, so I called and asked if there were also problems with his card too, and then asked if they'd still be delivering our order that night since I know they stop at a certain time. They replied with a very rude "ma'am I am not seeing any orders with that name, you'd have to reorder." I told them I had already reordered (or rather my bf) and said "I even have an order confirmation number, maybe that could help?" to be told in a very rude manner "No, that won't help. I don't see anything. Reorder, Ma'am." I feel like the least they could do was say "Oh, maybe the website is messed up I am so sorry!" There was no apology, no kindness, and she (whichever representative answered the phone) made it seem like I was doing something wrong and that's why it wasn't working. I said "Can we maybe at least just check if the name is spelled right? The website said the dispensary was preparing the order and that everything worked, so I just wanna double check." And she then got LOUD with me and said "MA'AM. THERE IS NO ONE WITH THAT NAME ON MY ORDERS. REORDER OR IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU." I am pretty sensitive, so this made me choke up and just say "Okay thanks." They then hung up. Maybe I am just too sensitive, but I swear the person who answered was so very rude to me and making it seem like I did something wrong on my end. Edit: 2 stars because I had ordered before as previously stated, and that experience was nice. The guy was super nice, the delivery was super quick. I am not trying to leave a bad review for the shop in general, just whoever was answering the phone that day. I did NOT happen to catch their name unfortunately. – Heidi Graves

House of Dank has quickly become my favorite dispensary. They always have quality products with solid deals, which makes shopping here feel worthwhile. The staff is consistently really nice—everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and patient when answering questions. The atmosphere is relaxed, well organized and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Definitely worth checking out! – Ashley Randall
Been wanting to check out HOD for a while now and I’m really glad I did. Security was really nice and welcoming. The store is beautiful and has an insane selection. Jordan was my budtender and he was super helpful. I needed some guidance based on what I was looking for and Jordan was patient, informative, professional and super sweet. I noticed a lot a brands that I used to go to multiple locations to find. H.O.D. Kalamazoo will def be my new spot. Thanks again, Jordan!! – Norah Fabek
