Kayla was more than amazing 🤩 she was very professional and very polite. She made my experience at HOD more than great. Ever since COVID it’s hard to receive GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE (everyone has an attitude). But Kayla smiled and made sure my first experience at HOD wouldn’t be my last. This dispensary is amazing!!! We went in as first time customers and it was also my birthday. Our bud tender (forget her name), was so patient and helpful. She announced my birthday and I even got a birthday bag. :) Their sales were incredible and we felt the value of product for the money we spent was v solid.
