House of Dank Recreational Cannabis - Saginaw

SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought $7 tarantula pre rolls, on two separate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times have discovered one of the tubes EMPTY!! Double checked receipt and how many were left and everything and nope, they definitely gave me empty tubes! How does that happen? And after waiting 20 minutes in line for them! – Rachelle Slater

I was searching for a dispensary who would deliver using cash on delivery. I was able to achieve my order but while trying to check out, it wouldn't save my address correctly. I struggled to call the store to ask for help, but no one could fix it. The team lead ( a female, originally speaking to a man) instructed me to place my order again; she canceled my original order, since she couldn't fix it either. I complied with her instructions, struggled a few more times, but ultimately was able to enter it again successfully. I had to wait for the next day unfortunately, but I'm still receiving my order excitedly lol. I can not walk far, do delivery was crucial. Also had no credit that would link up to pay with cards. the employee was good, doing all he could to help. The team lead was understanding and efficient in fixing my problem. Other dispensaries refused my sale because it was ONE minute past their delivery window, which was unfair in my position, I won't be back to that one.. Thank You House of Dank and the service I received from the Saginaw employee and team lead. – Jennifer

They have good prices however my budtender gave me flower that I never said I wanted, when I went back in, they told me there was nothing they could do, gave me no credit on my account or nothing. Manager took no accountability of the fact that her employee made a mistake of selling me weed I didn’t want. My budtender came off as disinterested the whole time we were shopping. I liked shopping here but unfortunately I won’t be back, do better next time. – megan little
