Something happened yesterday that had the shop close unexpectedly, and I couldn’t pick up my online order. They happily saved my order for the next day. This has been a go to spot even way back when I got my first card. Love the service and quality product they serve, i have had a few issues with online ordering bugs but they're always resolved immediately. They are legit. The staff knows their stuff and everyone is always in a good mood. Selection is always pretty decent and pricing is much better than the local competition. Rachel was (as usual) very helpful. – skip delia
*note: yes they are on the third floor* Very cool store! Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable as well. I popped in to get some Christmas presents for friends and they helped me pick out some great options. ( the gifts went over very well too !)
