Something happened yesterday that had the shop close unexpectedly, and I couldn’t pick up my online order. They happily saved my order for the next day. I went in today and Kaley explained what had happened yesterday and added a complementary preroll to my order! How nice! HPC really takes care of their customers and I really appreciate the hook up. They are legit. The staff knows their stuff and everyone is always in a good mood. Selection is always pretty decent and pricing is much better than the local competition. Rachel was (as usual) very helpful. – skip delia
They have great customer service and friendly and helpful staff. I've recently had a couple issues ordering online but when I showed up the staff got everything worked out and explained what happened to cause the issue. Great shop – Mychael Holliday
This has been a go to spot even way back when I got my first card. Love the service and quality product they serve, i have had a few issues with online ordering bugs but they're always resolved immediately. The staff have always taken great care to help when I have questions and make every visit something I look forward too. A+ – KvvB
Used to come here every week. I am disabled and use the website for pickup and delivery orders. Since the change to Jane, the website is almost completely unusable. It's impossible to sort by price or product because sponsored results will pop up throughout, with products I didn't ask to see. The grid itself is confusing and hard to read. Since online orders have become such an incredible hassle, I will probably not be going back. No curbside pick up. Fine for walk-ins. – erin westendorf
