You lost a loyal customer today. I've been purchasing from you for awhile now. If I place an order on the website and at check out it says my price is … and that price is not honored in store, then why do you have a pre order option? I expect to pay the price that the website said I'm going to pay when I get to the store. Thanks to your staff, not honoring the online price, I found a better place in town anyway. As always decent options, flower has been really dry lately, and yall like to label prerolls incorrectly which is fine when you have a budtender like kaden or even Trey for that matter, both was very helpful in being honest what strains were and I really appreciate I wasn’t sold a sative looking for an indica.
