Great small business store but let me be honest and I hope ownership sees this post and more importantly absorbs what I have to say… Small businesses compete with large corporations by leveraging agility, personalization, and niche specialization rather than mimicking corporate strategies. Key tactics should include providing superior, tailored customer service, creating a distinct brand, building a local community, and adopting technology to improve efficiency and speed. That's how you survive. Hear me or don't but I promise you corporate big dogs are going to take the market inevitably. Your only chance for the long term is to get with the times.
