Information Entropy continues to be my favorite dispensary in Ann Arbor. I've visited three times over the past year, and every experience has been outstanding. On my most recent visit this past Saturday, I was greeted by Emil, who was also my budtender during a visit about four months ago. I was genuinely excited to see him again because he made such a great impression the first time. Emil has an incredible knowledge of the products, takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and always provides thoughtful recommendations that end up being exactly what I was hoping for. What really stood out to me was that the customer service was just as exceptional on this visit as it was before. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about helping customers have the best possible experience. A huge thank you to Emil for consistently providing top-tier service, and to Information Entropy for retaining amazing employees who make customers want to keep coming back.
