I frequent this location often due to its expansive and consistent quality of products. There are great deals going on all the time and it's always worth a look. There is also a rewards program that allows you save even more! This is a very popular location and my best assumption is due to the friendly staff, specifically, Kelly the General Manager. She helped me with a very specific problem I was having (too long to mention). Not only did she help solve the technical problem but she also followed-up with me to make sure everything was working fine. Will absolutely continue to shop here! Thank you. – Adam
I had a really great experience here. The service was friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable the staff were about discounts and ways to save money they went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. Big shoutout to Javier, who is always looking out ,his customer service skills are amazing and he really made the whole experience even better. This place had quality The goods But they pricey. They charged $18 tax and we didn't get much. However the atmosphere was great. The employees were very helpful the only thing we didn't like were the prices. As always make sure you bring your ID. Insa in Springfield is a great store! A lot of different options and great quality of products. Keyan has been very helpful every time I come into the dispensary. He’s very knowledgeable, informative and very kind. I am in a power wheelchair, and he goes out of his way to hold the door for me and makes sure I’m safe getting out every time.
