JARS Cannabis Dispensary - Monroe

I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to the budtender who helped me today. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. He explained the different products, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right product for their needs. This was by far one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling confident in my purchase and will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service. Andrea and Devin got me together real quick when I popped in yesterday. I haven’t been ti Jars in a while!!!! My birthday reward was available and I still had points in my account. She was able to easily transfer them over for me to my new # and my order was fulfilled. I was out of there in 15 min. All of the Jars stores are awesome, but Monroe has a special feel. With a bookshelf ladder and tons of selection, this place has a wonderful ambiance. Great prices, friendly staff. Definitely give them a visit💚 – Pamela F
