I had an all around wonderful experience at Jars Mt. Pleasant! The waiting room is large, clean, and comfortable. Chloe is an exceptional budtender who really knows her stuff. She was patient and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. My trip was made even more enjoyable by the deals they had for really good stuff. Bottom line: the staff are awesome, the product selection is amazing, the place is clean, open, and welcoming, and the deals are spectacular!. – Marc
I'm writing this review on behalf of my brother who is disabled. We are both regular customers at Jars. We get paid once a month so we place a large order when we get paid. My brother placed his order days ago so he would receive the sale prices. When his delivery came today they brought the wrong flower. Not what he had ordered and been looking forward to for days!! They wouldn't let him speak with a manager and when someone finally did call him back she told him he had to order more flower at the full price inorder to receive the sale prices on what he already ordered. Does that sound right to you ? My husband orders every week. I place the order for him and they mess up just about every week. The products are amazing, the prices are great too. I was a bartender/ server for 20+ years. Our parents owned a restaurant. We know when the customer service is terrible. My brother asked to speak to a General Manager and she told him no!! I walked in and was greeted quickly. I was looking for wavy pre roll deal but they were out so I went with my back up choice of the rocket stick deal. Got in quick and Nicole and the rest of crew were awesome. – Keith Carnahan
