I worked with Jennice today and had an extremely good experience. Not only did she take notice to my not so great day, but she also made sure she did her best to turn that around in the short time I was there. She offored products for my stress, and was a listening ear for the momment. When I tell y'all… I moved from my dispensary home location. To the Temple Hills MD area. I googled a dispensary near me and found this place. About 5 minutes away from my home I went today and was VERY pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in the guy light skin with glasses I did not get his name but was very very attentive. To MK that won me over for sure!! She didn't even judge me by the way I looked 😭😂😂😂 Cause I came in today on my off 'incognito idgaf face' day🤣🤷🏾♀️ MK explained everything to me from the days and specials to even setting my account up. I used to come here faithfully instead of Liberty Cannabis down the road because Jova was faster but that is no longer the case. The last few times I’ve come here, I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes AT THE REGISTER (not including the line) despite the fact that I already had a pre-order. I buy an oz or a half faithfully every time. I came here as soon as they opened at 8:00am today, I was the only one in line and still had to wait for the attendee to “look” for the order that I put in 30 minutes before they opened. What’s the point of having a pre-order option if there’s a lack of organization? Be careful which attendee you let assist you, some of them move like they’re smoking the product on the clock. – S.
