Juva Cannabis Dispensary

Been shopping at Juva for about 5 years now and have always loved it but went to the shop today and had probably one of the worst experiences. My husband and I regularly order the milled Almora Farms 28g and we usually walk out the door at about $60 total after tax and fees. This year we purchased the membership thinking it would save us since members get a 40% off but when purchasing the same 28g almora tin, with the membership, it came out to $78. We pointed this out to both cashiers and both had continuously tried to gaslight us into saying it has always been that price. I have past receipts that say otherwise. The same exact tin but the half size (14g) is now listed at $40 a tin which means if you get 2 tins (28g) it would be $80 before tax but the 28g tin is listed at $100. It’s $20 more to get the exact same brand and product! We were cheated not once in this transaction but TWICE. It is on us for not looking at the website ahead of time but we’ve come so regularly that we did not feel the need to. On top of all of this, the card reader wasn’t working and the worker tried to tell us it was our card (Mastercard) when we use that exact card every time we have purchased there. I hardly ever write reviews but this experience was the absolute worst and the workers were not helpful at all and didn’t even know what they were talking about. We paid $140 for a year membership to save money and we ended up spending more. – Chelle Le

I had a small mix-up with my order where the discounts from my online cart didn’t show up at delivery. I paid the driver anyway, and called the shop to check what happened. Juva's manager responded very quickly. He was extremely understanding and apologized for the error, and fixed the situation right away. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again! Above and beyond nowadays is worth is weight in gold. you know? – KM your FDM

Hannah and Joseph are stellar employees and made my first visit enjoyable as well as streamlined. I came in one of the days before Christmas, they were extremely slammed, could’ve used additional staff, yet still friendly and professional. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to other dispensaries in the area, not to mention the first time visit discount. Joseph was very knowledgeable of the products he sells, weed culture and heirloom strains. Hannah was happy to help and got me in and out of the store quicker than expected along with some swag. used to be great but i think they must have permanently closed as of 3 weeks ago, so don't bother ordering from them. within the last three weeks they have not fulfilled my orders (where i received confirmation emails with a delivery window) and have not answered the phone during the hours they have listed to be "open"…. probably because they aren't. after checking the other google reviews, other people have started having issues similar to mine at the exact same time (beginning 3 weeks ago). – Alicia Ng
