I had a small mix-up with my order where the discounts from my online cart didn’t show up at delivery. I paid the driver anyway, and called the shop to check what happened. Juva's manager responded very quickly. He was extremely understanding and apologized for the error, and fixed the situation right away. Hannah and Joseph are stellar employees and made my first visit enjoyable as well as streamlined. I came in one of the days before Christmas, they were extremely slammed, could’ve used additional staff, yet still friendly and professional. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to other dispensaries in the area, not to mention the first time visit discount. Joseph was very knowledgeable of the products he sells, weed culture and heirloom strains. Hannah was happy to help and got me in and out of the store quicker than expected along with some swag.
