I absolutely love this shop! Every time I come in I am greeted with smiles and wonderful energy from all of the staff. Erika and Greg are usually there when I come in, and I just adore them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fun to talk to, and ALWAYS in good spirits. They always make me laugh too! The quality of product they carry is exceptional, and I am NEVER disappointed. They even give a discount if you order online! I love the location as it’s close to my house, the shop is always clean and they are so organized. I have been to countless dispensaries across the country, and I haven’t found a better product for a better price anywhere that comes close to Kaleafa in Ashland. The experience alone makes this shop worth commuting over 40 minutes for me. All the staff here are really personable and will make you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors. It was my first time entering the shop since I just recently turned 21. I was a little nervous, but Quelli helped me out and answered all of my questions about what would be best. She made me feel super welcome and comfortable. I was able to get what I needed, and she didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
