My hubby found this place on a Google search and first went on a Sunday afternoon. We checked in with Security and waited about 5 minutes while the female bud tender assisted the customer that was there before us. We were greeted and told that they would be with us shortly. The wait was short, and once we stepped over to the counter, we shared what we were looking for, and we were helped getting what we liked. The bud tender assisted us also with some great suggestions based off what we like. They input a New Customer 30% off into the system for each of us. We used my hubby's discount, and the other was saved for our next visit. We bought several months worth of product and walked out of there quite happy! Great service, selection, and staff. ☆☆☆☆☆ Our ID's were checked by security to allow entry. We were asked for our ID's again by the bud tender so they could scan the back, create a new customer profile, and add my discount to it. I have read other reviews where they complain about having to show their ID more than once. It is not a big deal to show ID to a guard for entry, and then again to the person selling you the goods. Learn some patience. I have also seen those who complain about the female bud tenders and say they are rude. Each time my hubby and I have been to this place, we have had female bud tenders. We have never, ever had anyone, including the bud tender, be rude. Not even a little bit. New Customer deals, day of the week deals….always something on-sale! We will keep coming to this shop, and we have already referred friends to this place. Please never stop carrying St.Ides HighTea please! I’ve ordered from Cannabis Works Huntington Beach delivery more than 15 times and have spent thousands of dollars with them, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering again. I placed an order on June 9 and purchased seven brand-new STIIIZY pods. A couple of weeks later, I discovered that one of the pods was completely defective and would not work. This was the first time I had ever contacted them with a problem. I called on Wednesday, June 24, at approximately 8:52 p.m. and explained the situation to the woman who answered. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, she sounded like she was chuckling while I spoke and dismissed me within about 30 seconds. There was no apology, no attempt to inspect the defective pod, and no effort to find a solution. She simply told me that customers are supposed to test every pod. How is someone supposed to immediately open and test seven different pods just to make sure none of them are defective? I offered to bring back the defective pod and its exact packaging so they could verify it. I was also about to place another order worth more than $180 and asked whether they could simply replace or credit the one defective pod, which was worth around $20. They still refused to help. The cost of the pod is not even the main issue. The issue is how a loyal customer was treated after reporting a legitimate defective product. I have never complained before, and I was not asking for anything unreasonable. Losing a repeat customer who has spent thousands over one defective $20 pod and 30 seconds of dismissive customer service makes absolutely no sense. – Charles Jakstis

This is my go to place. I haven't had one reason to turn away. Staff is super friendly. Store vibes are great. If they dont know the answer to your question, they'll gladly ask another coworker who may know. Professional. Polite. Smart. Always trying to make sure you arent missing out on a deal. This place sucks don't get burned by this place. Every dispensary I have been to has a 1st time, new customer deal. 2 for the price of 1, 10g 8ths from every Tier daily deals, Happy Hour, deals on every product store wide, that take place daily from 5pm to 7pm. This place has No Deals at all, we were stuck paying 60 bucks for like 7gms of pre packaged buds…. That was a burn. A good dispensary will never sell 3.5g 8ths or 7g qtrs. Take your time research your vendor before you make a mistake and get stuck buying the minimum. Go to where they offer 12-14grams for 40,50,60 or 70 bucks 6 different tiers of flowers. Never pre packaged, in open jars so you can get 100% of fresh, sweet, tasty canabis in whatever form you like. That is the harsh truth do your research yourself on your competitors get some sort of idea of what is being sold in your area. Don't ever assume that you are on point with your sales strategy, when you are soon to be left in the dust, if you dont smarten up. On any given day out here in the Harbor Area or South Bay a 1st time customer walking into a store should be coming out of there with at least 14g to 16g for less than $100 bucks. – Mike Martinez
