MAJOR QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES. I love this place and shopped here weekly for over a year, but earlier this month I was sold two EMPTY bags of flower here. I tend to stock up in large quantities, so I didn't notice at first. I didn't have the receipt, and I accepted that I might not be able to process a return, but wanted to let them know. When I came in, they said they were able to look up the order in the system. They got my hopes up.. and then all they offered was a coupon for my next purchase! One of the managers even said one of the bags wasn't really empty (it contained one nugget about the size of the nail on my pinky, so…) They apologized, but didn't seem very concerned. Unfortunately not the first time I've been sold significantly less than what I ordered here, although this incident was by far the most egregious. How hard is it to weigh product before handing it to a paying customer? I'm feeling a bit scammed and will not be returning. – murphy b
