My husband and I absolutely loves this place and the people, but I have to say it's rather annoying that the card reader is down 60% of the time. There is no signage before you sit in the pickup line for 40 minutes to get told to go inside to the ATM to wait another 30 to 40 minutes and then of course the ATM only accepts Chime here and there so there is still a potential you have to go somewhere else for cash to come all the way back. By then my gas my time, the deals start to feel less worth it and it's a shame 🫤 – Heather stenson

I’ve been coming to this store for 3 years and I’ve had several bad experiences but this is the first I’m writing about it. Today I placed a pick up order that was scheduled to be picked up in 5-15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after I placed it and the man with very long blonde hair informed me that I hadn’t received the pick up notification yet and if I did this again, the next person would send me back through the line. He said this like he was doing me a favor. I ordered three small items that would not have taken up 15 minutes to pack, considering how slow the store was. I didn’t wait for a text because many times it has been past the 15 minutes and I have not received a text message saying that my order is ready until AFTER I have physically picked up my order. I suppose they can’t get an order ready in 10 minutes unless you’re physically in the store… makes total sense. – Shelby Myers

Hands down the best dispensary experience I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and chill. HUGE shoutout to Sally, my budtender—she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She made great recommendations and explained everything without making it feel overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right products. I walked out feeling confident in my purchase and excited to come back. If you’re visiting this dispensary, ask for Sally—you won’t be disappointed! – Sam Stilley

I would give a zero star review. Third time I have gone here just to receive defective product and they wouldn’t refund my money they told me to contact the manufacturer directly or wait and see if their general manager credits my account for the store. I can understand policy but they are not putting the customer first at all. – Shelbie Ellis

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Every time I come here the workers have to be a prick about something. This time the guy said I have to wait till I get a text or they’ll tell me to wait and come back next time. There was nobody else there besides the one car that probably belonged to him in the parking lot. Dude there is a whole service inside where you just walk up and say what you want same as selecting on their app and jerk acted like having to get the order together was a problem for him. I’ve heard from everyone of my friends that’s been there that the workers are all like that though. And from seeing that the reply’s to negative reviews are all nothing but “file a complaint at our website” so they can pretend like they’re doing stuff here while they completely ignore all complaints about their own behavior I can tell the owners and management are ten problem because they don’t care about fixing anything. I don’t expect things to get better unfortunately at this point. I just hope whoever sees this chooses to shop anywhere else to save themselves the frustration. – Tanner
