Every time I’ve been to Kind Care of Colorado they have always been superbly friendly and on their customer service A-Game and today was no exception. I got fantastic customer service from Jeremy! He was patient and helpful in answering all my questions and very knowledgeable on what products might help my current situation. – Traci

I like this dispensary okay ish. My only complaint is check what they give you. Walk in or online check your products. Or you'll end up with the wrong strains and they won't fix it after you walk out of the budroom Now im stuck with 4 grams of stuff I won't use and a wasted hour drive and feeling ripped off. Edit manager called and made everything right therefore they get the extra points. Still pay attention. – Savanna Zitek

Absolutely terrible dispensary! I would give 0 stars if possible. The staff used to be so good and informative, but no one seems to have any knowledge about products anymore. The way staff seems to rush through customers makes me feel like they only care about money. I'm amazed this place is still open considering how bad it's become. Great place! I placed an online order on the website listed here on google and the items I ordered were ready to pick up when I came in. Edit: they list a star today for not honoring my smokez Sunday discount. Yes it’s Monday but I placed the order yesterday. – Scott Probeck

This place used to be good, I’m not sure what happened. The selection of their stuff isn’t good anymore and they are obviously understaffed. There’s no point in placing an online order at this point. I show up and have to wait with the walk ins to pick it up. Seems like it’s been going downhill for a while now, I recommend just going somewhere else, this place is not what it used to be – El Bombo
