This was my husband's and I's first time in a Michigan Dispensary. We were told by a couple of friends to try it out and we could not have been happier!! We were greeted almost immediately by Joshua! It was smooth and easy sailing. He was well equipped with an understanding of what we were looking for! We were a little lost since it was our first time and no Illinois dispensary that we have been to had product out to look at so it was overwhelming in the best way possible. We got towards the end of the transaction and Joshua informed us that he was standing in for someone as he is the floor manager and helping out his crew. I just want to say Joshua 1000% could have fooled us! Like I said he knew what he was doing even if it felt like to him that he didn't, for us he was a professional! He made small talk, connected with us on how our vacation was and where abouts in illinois were around. He was just an all around amazing dude. Joshua is the reason we will be recommending this store to others and representing it! The swag bag he gave (since it was our first time) was SUPER cool and will help in showing others that this is a dispo we will drive those 6hrs to come back and use! My husband said he was highly knowledgable and honest with us when he didn't know the answer. We had asked if certain brands or things were good and he told us he didn't know which was really awesome that the honesty was there even though we would have been none the wiser had he lied. It really shows that you guys are trying to lead your customers in the right direction when possible and not just a quick sale.
