I used to go there all the time because of the staff. They weren’t rude like the newer employees. All of them have been rude to me expect one of them. This morning there was someone in front of me, no problem. Except the other worker comes out and looks at the lobby, sees I’m the only one in line; then goes back in the back. Another customer comes in, THEN SHE DECIDES TO COME OUT AND HELP ME!!! Why did she go back in the back when I was the only one in line? I’ll stick to going to the shop by my house. It’s no longer worth it to drive across town anymore. – Anesia Hines

Usually I go to this place for cartridges and never had issues before. Went in there and the dude convinced me to buy 3 carts, so alright, $70 down. The very next day I open one, it drops maybe 1 foot and instantly shatters. I’ve dropped carts before without them completely breaking apart like that, so I went back in just trying to see if they could exchange it. The same dude who sold them to me the day before was there, and he tells me I have to talk to a manager. Has me write down all my info and says they’ll call me the next day. Next day comes, no call, so I call them myself. Whole phone call was super unprofessional, they didn’t even put me on hold, so I could literally hear the lady downplaying my situation to the manager while I’m still on the line. Then the manager finally gets on the phone just to tell me “no replacements.” So yeah, do what you want, but don’t go here if you want fragile carts and terrible customer service. – Erin D
Normally I'd give this place a great review but not after the nasty phone conversation I just had with a budtender there I called to ask a simple question about cartridges and her response was I'm busy just come in very rudely no thank you you just lost my business you can't be cordial on the phone why would I come in and see you – kent scheibl
Great experience for a small storefront they have a wide selection to choose from. Great deals every day they got glass, flower, munchies, cbd treats for your dogs and accessories too. I love how Saturday they have 20% off top shelf flower and they have Chemdawg which is 40% and 4.9 terps which is crazy good. – Jahnay “NayNay”
