This was my first visit to a Klutch dispensary. I found the location very clean, stylish, and organized. The staff were friendly & very knowledgeable. I appreciate feeling safe and cared for in the dispensary. I know they service many clients per day, but this place gives you individual attention and doesn’t rush your experience. Klutch in Canton is simply the best. I live closer to another dispensary (by a significant number of miles) but I choose to drive to downtown Canton about once a month to visit Klutch. The "vibe" in the store is cozy, welcoming, and even comforting. I intentionally choose to shop in person rather than ordering in advance online, just so I can spend 20 minutes of quality time in "Klutch space." If you've never been, go check it out and and you'll see what I mean. (And … if you're a military vet with proof of your veteran status who also has an active medical card, you'll get a 30% discount and you'll pay only sales tax on the discounted price.) Although My initial experiences with the product(s) purchased during the first year, (2024), of my association with the KLUTCH, (THE CITIZEN) Companies, were not as fulfilling as expected, this in no way reflects Negatively with My interactions with KLUTCHES SUPPORT STAFF or their Facilities. My Product purchases have since improved since reconnecting in early 2025 until the present. In reiterating My comments about the Overall atmosphere encountered during my entire association with the KLUTCH/CITIZEN Company has been nothing but OUTSTANDING.
