Although My initial experiences with the product(s) purchased during the first year, (2024), of my association with the KLUTCH, (THE CITIZEN) Companies, were not as fulfilling as expected, this in no way reflects Negatively with My interactions with KLUTCHES SUPPORT STAFF or their Facilities. My Product purchases have since improved since reconnecting in early 2025 until the present. In reiterating My comments about the Overall atmosphere encountered during my entire association with the KLUTCH/CITIZEN Company has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. Fantastic dispensary, parking is an issue. Staff is amazing. Price a little high. Great quality though. Best ambiance inside a stark county dispensary hands down. Budtenders generally know what they're talking about. – David Archer
