Just erase peoples points without noting, then fill your dead inventory up after. Only convenient thing about this place is the drive thru! Stuck up workers. Over priced hash, decent quality at best. I have been a patron of this location since recreational cannabis became legal. While the customer service is great, and I do love the full-spectrum products here, the prices are always more expensive than everywhere else. Today (Christmas Eve) I went because online it said they were giving out free T shirts. I get there, and you have to spend $100 dollars to get that “free” T shirt. So then I go in, and the person assisting me asks if I have any questions, and I asked how many points I have accrued. He says 750 something, or equivalent to around $60. Cool! I thought. Placed my order, and went to pay. I ask to use my points and this is when he decides to inform me that I cannot use the points toward product, just the merch in the store. I am honestly just disappointed all around. Shop somewhere else. – Tatum Connerton
Fast and great service but I bought a $40 disposable vape and it barely works. The lady told me prime it before you use it but that’s all I been doing. So I’m just going to stick with nervana dispensary cause I been there 6 times already and no problem, but since I moved closer to Klutch I figured I give them a try, and $40 down the drain.
