This is was my first time, and it definitely won’t be my last! I normally shop at The Landing, but this place is far superior. They have an amazing team. Since I was new, everyone who assisted me was incredibly patient and helped me find the perfect items. Please ask for either Alex, Sean, or Sean—they’re super cool, friendly, and easygoing. This place is cool inside, seems like an upscale cigar lounge. The people that work there were kind and helpful. The prices weren't too bad either. Lower than I was expecting. The budtenders Raesnaun and mcwizzy were pretty cool. I forgot the other ones name but he was cool also. I think I know where I'll be buying my Weed from here on out. – Michael Panas
Updating my review to reflect a lower score. I understand there are Ohio regulations, but a policy that doesn’t allow returns on an unopened product is frustrating and feels unreasonable. That part is on me—but the interaction around it matters just as much. I was kind and respectful, and while two other staff members I interacted with were lovely, the staff member with blonde hair who handled this situation was dismissive and rude. Customer experience doesn’t end at policy—it shows up in how you communicate it. You never know who you’re engaging. I’ve genuinely been interested in collaborating with you all and have been paying attention to the energy of the space. This interaction is part of that experience, and it counts. ( previous review) New to this dispensary and so far it’s been a great experience. Staff is kind, customer service is top tier (they even laminated my med card). What really stands out are the Luster Pods from &Shine. I pay close attention to terpenes, and both Strawberry Cough and Mango have been excellent. The Mango especially has a terpene profile (delta limonene + beta pinene) that works really well for my body — calm, clear, and active without overstimulation, with a nice relaxed body feel when balanced. Cannabis in Ohio can be hit or miss, especially when it comes to terpene knowledge, so it’s refreshing to find products that feel this intentional. – K A Curry
